 Material methods. descriptive study carried out on basis family outbreaks epidemiological peculiarities evaluation, concerning age children, onset disease, communities living environment. group included 160 outbreaks, which required hospitalization at MCHCDC PMSI, between January February 2021.
 Results. number increased (n=88 versus n=72) 2021. rate schoolchildren from 37.5% 53.4% ​​in February. disease varies depending category involved children: 0-6 years - parents become initially ill (40.7%) or begins simultaneously (32.55%).
